Paddle payments
Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for purchases. Paddle may process payment details, taxes, invoices, receipts, buyer identity, and refund information. QREL Audio should not receive or store full payment card numbers.
Audio and project content
QREL Nodes is designed as audio software running inside the customer's DAW. QREL Audio does not need full audio files, DAW sessions, or project content to process a normal checkout or activation.
Data sharing
We share data only where needed to operate the product, process purchases through Paddle, provide support, comply with law, prevent fraud, or use trusted infrastructure providers.
