Refund Policy

Effective June 10, 2026. This policy applies to QREL Audio digital software purchases unless a checkout page states a different policy.

7-day refund window

Customers may contact QREL Audio within 7 days of purchase to request a refund for QREL Nodes. Email [email protected] with the purchase email and Paddle order reference if available.

Refunds may be approved where

  • The product cannot be installed after reasonable support attempts.
  • The license cannot be activated after reasonable support attempts.
  • The product is materially not as described on the website or checkout page.
  • A duplicate purchase occurred.

Refunds may be refused where

  • There is evidence of fraud, misuse, or abuse of the refund process.
  • The refund request is outside the 7-day refund window.
  • The customer simply changed their mind after successful installation, activation, and use, unless a refund is required by applicable law.

Paddle processing

Purchases are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle may handle tax, payment, invoice, and refund processing according to applicable law. Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method through Paddle.
